WCHC 4-H Scholarship

The Washington County Horse Council is pleased to announce the establishment of an endowed scholarship fund.

This year, one $250 scholarship will be awarded to a 4-H member who has:

* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Provided service in their club and community
* Provided assistance/teaching/support to younger 4-H members and others in the community in learning horsemanship skills
* Promoted 4-H values in the community

If you are an active member in good standing in a Washington County 4-H Club who has carried an equestrian-related project for at least two years and has been accepted to an accredited post-high school program for fall, then be sure to apply.
