Our Mission
The Washington County Horse Council is a nonprofit volunteer run organization which has a three point mission: * To promote equestrian activities for youth and adults in Washington County. * To provide a voice in the county that represents equestrian interests in terms of zoning and laws pertaining to horses and development of facilities for the enjoyment of equestrian pursuits. * To sponsor activities (including but not limited to horse shows, trail rides, and clinics) that provide for increasing knowledge of horses and horsemanship.
